1941 Cadillac 6319
Hydra-matic transmission, defroster/heater, rear
(#7344505) was mechanically and cosmetically restored in
2008 at 72,000 miles (current mileage 82,000). The
restoration was carefully photo-documented and receipts
retained and include:
grille, bumpers, fender spears, handles and hood ornament.
Repair or replacement of radiator, hoses, door sills,
glass, brakes, starter and solenoid, coil springs, clock.
Automatic transmission and engine were re-built. Body
repair and complete re-painting including dash and trim.
Gas tank re-lined. Trunk fabric replaced. Front seats and
doors were re-upholstered with matching wool material. Back
seat wool is original. New floor mats. Radio modified by
S&M Electro-Tech. Electric fuel pump added (switchable)
. An Aerotech halon automatic fire
extinguisher is installed under the hood.
The car is a
driver, in good condition and received an award of merit at
Concours in Murphys, CA. The price is firm.
