dad and my grandmother have always owned Cadillac's. When I was
about 13 or 14 my Dad had a black-over-white Cadillac
convertible. I knew that I had to own that car one day. Just an
forward about 35 years for my dream to be realized.
searched for almost two years to find a Cadillac that actually
started life as a black-over-white car. I had four cars
inspected that were out of state. This car was the only one that
I found that was built as black-over-white and it was in
California. It stayed on my radar for about a year before I went
ahead and made contact with the seller and inspected the car.
had hoped to complete the purchase and have it road-able for the
Vegas Grand National, but to no avail. My dad now lives in
Nevada and it would have been nice to show it to him there.
There are very few options that can be added to an Eldorado.
This car has every option that was available in 1966. That's a
blessing and a curse! This car is my driver, but I only drive
about 5,000 miles per year anyway.
a fantastic car in every respect!
